To make a hotel reservation, call Group Reservations at the hotel 321-401-1020.  Someone is there 7 days a week during normal business hours.  Ask for the “Skunk Show Rate”.  If they are not available DO NOT CHOOSE  “SELECT OPTION 0 FOR IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE as it will take you to Central Reservations who won’t know anything about the show.  INSTEAD WAIT FOR THE BEEP TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR GROUP SALES and they will call you back as soon as possible.  Check in time is 4:00 PM unless an early check in time is requested.  Check out is 11:00 AM.

     The hotel has 2 towers so when you call to book your room, designate whether you want Tower 1 or Tower 2 (most people stay in Tower 2 which is at the back of the hotel and closer to the show hall). 

Tower 1  room cost if $69/night plus $9/per night resort fee (normally $21) and 13.5% sales and room tax = $88.53/night.

Tower 2 room cost is $59/night plus $9/per night resort fee (normally $21) and 13.5% sales and room tax = $77.18/night.

     The resort fee covers high-speed internet access in guest rooms and public areas, local calls, 800 # calls and credit card access, unlimited use of the fitness center, outdoor pool with fresh towels, parking, daily local newspaper (available inside the hotel) and the Disney channel in your gest room.  This resort fee is the new norm with the majority of the hotels but we were fortunate to receive the discount from $21/night to $9/night.

Room rates are good for Thursday, October 17, 2024 through Monday, October 21, 2024 so you can stay longer if you’d like and have a little mini vacation.  There is a group of us that stays till Monday and goes to one of the theme parks on Sunday, just contact Brenda Hoch for information at 727-809-0975.
